Theme Reveal: March

March’s theme is blogging.

I have now officially been blogging for just over a year.

In that time, I have learnt so much. Some of what I have learned is things I never would have imagined needing to know.

Some of the things are things you pick up over time or with experience of doing them.

Some of them are things I probably should have known but didn’t.

They are pretty much all things I wish I had known this time last year.

The year has been an extremely steep learning curve, so I thought it would be nice to share some of the things I have learned in the hope it saves someone else from learning the hard way like I did.

I don’t think blogging is something that you can ever say now I know everything there is to know. So much changes so often. I think that’s a part of what keeps it fun though.

It’s never the same, there’s always something new going on and always something else we can try.

I have posts planned about promoting your blog via various social media platforms, SEO, general tips and lots more. Plus of course all the usual features – Anything Goes, book reviews, thought of the week and my weekly rant.

Be sure to follow me on my social media (links in the sidebar and at the end of the post) and follow my blog via email (in the sidebar) to make sure you keep up to date with what’s happening.

There will be a lot going on this month, and I really hope you enjoy it. Sometimes it’s nice to see how other people approach blogging, even if you already have a successful blog, you never know when you will find something that makes life a little bit easier. Or maybe you just like a little nosey into the way other people operate (or that could just be me).
