I’m really excited to be guest co-hosting the fab #BloggerClubUK for the next few weeks while Clare takes a little time off to have her baby! I will be co-hosting with regular hostess Becky.
The linky runs from 6am Wednesday – 12pm Friday GMT where all bloggers are welcome to add any type of post they like. The Blogger Club UK community & linky are not limited to the UK – we’d love to have bloggers from all over the world join us.
If you are new to linkys, Becky at Cuddle Fairy has written a fantastic guide on how to link your posts, which you can read here.
Becky & I will comment on all linked posts between us & we each choose 2 favourite posts to feature the following week.

My, you do stay busy. I just dropped by because I’ve really missed your blog posts since the A to Z challenge. I know I fell of the blogosphere in May, but my husband went into the hospital for emergency surgery on May 1st for his diverticulitis. I’ve always heard people talk about diverticulitis, but I never realized how serious or life threatening it was. He’s still in the hospital and we are now into the month of June. At least he is out of the ICU, but he has another major surgery scheduled in the upcoming weeks and his discharge doesn’t appear to be anywhere in the near future and even then, his lifestyle will be completely different. So many things have changed and he’s suffering major depression from the alterations that were necessary to sustain his life. It’s been such an adjustment. I know it’s really hard on him and he’s the one who’s suffering. It’s been really hard on the rest of us as well. I’m trying to spend as much time with him as possible and I don’t know some days if he’s going to pull through and I just lost my dad in January. I have teenagers at home who need me and I’m trying so hard to remain positive for them, maintain the home, bills, and when I have time I write. There just hasn’t been any extra time for blogging and I feel a tremendous amount of guilt because I met so many amazing new friends during the challenge and I was looking forward to getting to know each of you during the month of May. Needless to say, that didn’t happen.
I had a few free minutes today and decided to check in on my favorites blogs that I followed during the challenge. Yours was at the top of that list. I see you are busy with another challenge. I really admire your spunk. I won’t be adding my name and blog to the linky. It wouldn’t be fair as I don’t have the tine to adequately contibute anything of any real substance, but I did see a lot of blogs that I would enjoy reading and I will gladly tweet about them once I read them. I love the idea. Many of them appear to offer parenting advice and that will come in handy right about now. I will check in as often as I can this month and hopefully my husband will get better next month and I will return to blogging. Until then take care and I hope to be back soon.
