1 Firstly, tell us a little bit about yourself

My name is Emma and I’m a social outreacher living in London. This means I get to work with bloggers and YouTubers every day which I love! I also really love anything beauty related and decided to train as a beauty therapist whilst I studied for my degree. I also spend my life on YouTube and blogs as I really think it’s the best place for recommendations and reviews that I really trust.

2 What is your blog’s name and what is it about?

My blog’s name is super simple; literally ‘Emma’s Blog’. That’s because I didn’t want to limit myself to one topic and also because I grow out of names really quickly! My blog mainly covers beauty topics as well as blog tips that I’ve learnt in my outreaching role.

3 Why did you decide to start a blog?

I’ve always loved writing and have had an online diary since I was about 11 on a website for kids. Since then I always read other blogs and watched YouTube, then I decided to go ahead and write my own as I wanted to share my thoughts on great products too!

4 Do you have any goals for your blog?

I would love to get to know loads of people in the blogging community. It’s such an amazing way to meet people you might never meet otherwise.

5 Tell us one random fact about you  

I’m currently sat on a beach in Lesvos in the sun with a cocktail!

6 What is the best piece of blog related advice you have received so far?

Get involved with social media and talk to as many blogs/brands as you can. It’s the best way to find new blogs and also get noticed yourself.

7 What is your favourite thing about blogging?

I think being able to write often as I love it so much.

8 Is there anything you would do differently if you were starting over knowing what you know now?

I think realising how important things like SEO are as I never really paid them much thought before.

9 Anything else you’d like to share with us?

I have a community group on Facebook called Fetch Friends where I post new campaigns if anyone would like to join in.
