I love a good advent calendar, from the more traditional chocolate ones to the quirky ones aimed at adults. To be honest, I love anything Christmas themed.
In no particular order, I’m sharing my top five advent calendar picks for 2017:
Wine Advent Calendar
Featuring an 187ml bottle of wine everyday in December, this is a great way to try some new wines and combat the stressful days of Christmas preparations. There’s a good mix of whites, reds and roses.

Ooh. I really like the idea of the nail varnish one! I’ve got a traditional chocolate one this year but that’s okay by me!
My mother made me advent calendars when I was a girl so I’m trying to repeat the tradition with my children. They’re just a bit too young at the moment, so once they’re old enough to understand, I’ll be crafting away! #AnythingGoes
The wine, the nail polish, and the yankee candle look awesome! I have to get these! I’m definitely going to click on the links! As always, thanks for having me at #anythinggoes
Love all of these! Would love the chocolate one. #anythinggoes
I’d definitely go for the wine, although I reckon I’d end up binge drinking the whole calendar. Pen x #AnythingGoes
Haha same here – advent would be over by December 2nd 😉 x
Gummi Bear calendar all the way!!! If they had a sour gummi version then I’d buy two 🙂
ooh I like the sound of that one!
Must remember to buy in time as mess this up so often. Good to have some choices
Mine are always late lol
The Cadbury one made me drool! #AnythingGoes
I found this very interesting because I’ve never had one of these.
It’ll always be a traditional chocolate one for me. I love the idea of the wine and nail polish ones but there’s no way I’d get to drink or paint my nails everyday which makes me sad. It would be nice to light a new Yankee Candle everyday though! #bloggerclubUK
What a brilliant idea the nail polish one is!! x #BloggerClubUK
Great minds think alike! The Ciate one is in my round up, too. In fact we’re giving one away at the moment! Not going to lie, the wine one looks very tempting! 🥂 x

Popping back from #BloggerClubUK Which reminds me, I MUST get out and buy one for the husband!
These are great, I want a wine one! #BloggerClubUK
I’m a big advent calendar fan too. Really like the nail polish one. #bloggerclubuk
I’ll have the wine one please, I don’t really drink but it would be nice to do something different on the run up to Christmas 😉
#BloggerClubUK
Oh it would have to be the Haribo one for me 😊 #BloggerClubUK

That Wine advent calendar sounds amazing!
I never would have thought of a candle advent calendar but I can only imagine how much warm ambiance that would bring to your home! Brilliant!
Oh wow, what a great post. I’ve never seen a wine advent calendar. Sounds fabulous, if a little dangerous – I’d not have a very productive December! lol #BloggerClubUK
Ooh I love Haribo, I had no idea they did a calendar this year! I wanted a soap and glory one and forgot to order it before it sold out! I made a wine and chocolate calendar for my partner a couple of years ago that went down well! 🙂

I hadn’t seen the Haribo or Heroes ones, my kids would have loved those! #anythinggoes
The Christmas chocolate advent calendars are my favourite amongst these. We’ve got a toy one for the girls this year though. #BloggerClubUK
