Baby wipes! My two have grown up but I still keep a pack handy. They can be used to clean up most things.
Also I use essential oils in a diffuser. Can help to clean the air in the house if anyone has any bugs

I try and clean as I go along I hate cleaning for hours on end at the weekend, so I do everyday before and after work

I hate cleaning plug holes! A cleaning hack: Put equal parts water and vinegar in a good quality glass bowl along with a slice of lemon and boil for 5-6 minutes in the microwave. The steam works to clean the inside of the oven up. Just wait a couple of minutes before you open it up. Wipe the inside with a sponge.

I like to try and keep on top of my cleaning daily before it builds up , try being the operative word!

  5. Laura Pritchard

I hate cleaning as you have to keep doing it! I like making something clean but it just feels like a waste of time when it will get dirty again!

Don’t like cleaning at all ! Baking powder is useful . I’m good at burning pans. Put some in the pan with hot water and leave it it lifts it off. Ironing I think is the worse thing I’d rather clean the loo. Lol

I hate housework with a vengeance, there are always better things to do. I don’t mind the idea of spring cleaning, if it meant that I didn’t have to do anything until next year. A friend of mine thinks she’s found the answer though, she broke her glasses so was having to wear the previous prescription and she reckoned the world was so blurry you couldn’t see the dust☺

I don’t enjoy cleaning as it is time consuming but we have to keep the house spotless. I use warm water and white vinegar to clean the kitchen sink

I love Milton bleach so much and still use it now even though the boys are older. I have used all the products pictured and they are all so worthy of doing the job designed for X #anythinggoes

  13. I find the antibacterial wipes so handy to have in my handbag or nappy bag. I like to give the highchaor top a quick wipe over if we are out for lunch and most baby changing facilities need a quick wipe too. #Bloggerclubuk

I like having a clean house but I don’t like cleaning as it takes too much time. Baby wipes are great for any kind of dirt.

  18. Jennifer

I hate the monotony of cleaning, but my cleaning tip is to put on some upbeat music – it makes everything more fun.

  19. Ruth Harwood

life’s too short for cleaning i’m afraid, but I do little and often to make sure there isn’t a lot to do at a time!!

  20. Lucy

I hate cleaning because it seems like within 30 seconds of doing it someone comes in the hosue and messes it up again!

  21. Sarah

I don’t have any cleaning hacks, but I do hate cleaning. My least favourite is the bathroom and loading the dishwasher! It just feels like it’s never ending.

  22. Its not that I hate cleaning – its jsut that with 5 males in the house it never never never ends – I must wash up 10 times a day! I always keep wipes in the bthrooms for drips – enough said

  23. Rachel Craig

Cleaning :- Seems never ending. Fun is getting outdoors, adventures, entertainment, etc. Though do like to have place (home), etc clean. Dust just seems to arrive, some items awkward to clean. So anything which helps is great and Milton is a reliable brand.

  24. Katrina Adams

I love using simple things like Lemon Juice and Baking Soda for a lot of things – gets the job done and leaves a lovely scent behind it.

  25. Victoria Prince

I hate cleaning because it’s never ending! It just seems so futile – you finish and then it’s time to start again 😛

I’m not sure I have any hacks! The only thing I find that helps is to open the windows; it helps with feeling inspired to freshen everything up.

I actually enjoy cleaning and to get rid of stains in cups and mugs i use a little bicarb of soda mixed with water and leave for about an hour and it really works.

  28. Kim Neville

To clean oven grills soak them overnight in the bath with some washing powder and then in the morning all the dirt comes off easily

  29. Lorna Wils

I soak all the dishes & cups in a solution of Milton oince every three weeks & the soltution is then used to clean the draining board & sink!!

  30. Hayley Todd

I absolutely hate cleaning! It drives me insane, no matter how much time I spend tidying, hoovering and cleaning, by the time the kids get home from school, it looks like I’ve never bothered! My absolute worst place to clean is the bathroom!

  31. CAROL PATRICK

Cleaning is such a chore, as it always seems never ending. I do like the clean fresh smell when it’s done though.

  32. Christine Dent

I hate cleaning so I will use anything to ‘ease l tin foil because for some strange reason little crumbs seem to migrate to that drawer; I use an oven liner for the base of the oven and if you make a thin paste of bicarb of soda to smear over the sides & top of the oven, it makes it easy to wipe off when you clean it; Lots of blog comments have been made re vinegar, lemon and soda already – just to add that to remove limescale around taps wrap some kitchen roll around the taps first before pouring the white vinegar over it, leave for ages then when you remove it the limescale is easier to remove. I also hang organza bags (the type you put small pieces of jewellery in) filled with laundry scent beads to act as an air freshener. Phew .. just ‘blogging’ about cleaning is enough to wear me out!

  33. Christine Dent

PS .. Oops some of my text was lost … it should have said .. to ease the pain … & I use drawer liners in the bedroom and I line the cutlery drawer with tin foil (it makes it easier to clean it out next time)

  34. Angela Macdonald

I don’t like the thought of doing the cleaning, however, once I get started I’m fine, and I absolutely love it when I’ve done it

  35. Briony Jones

My dad used to add vinegar to hot soapy water to clean his windows, then used scrunched up newspaper to dry them to a brilliant, non streak shine. My dad is no longer with me, but I have taken his window washing advice and always use it.
Wonderful giveaway, I would be over the moon if I were to win. Thanks for the chance.

  36. Tee Simpson
