Day Three: C – Camping Weekend
Your character is going camping for the weekend.
Are they the outdoors type that would love it? If not, why did they agree to the trip?
Who are they with and what happens while they’re there?
Do they enjoy the trip?

Hate camping. This one would be a tough one for me to do.
Could be interesting to see how your characters react though
I am not a camping person but I love to see the stars in the night. but the bugs creep me out
I loved it when I was younger, now I don’t think I would last five minutes haha
Very creative prompts. I am going to take these up.
I’d never pick this as a writing prompt! My idea of sleeping under the stars equates to at least 5 stars and a motel with a dining room 🙂

C for Consider Every Angle
Oh I’m the same now, although I used to love camping when I was younger
I’m with Janet though I’m not sure I hate it. Just never been and not interested. I was all set to go once and a family emergency (a real one–someone died) put the brakes on that.
That would definitely put you off because it would always be associated. I used to go all the time, but not sure I would enjoy it now
My character would so be an outdoors person because camping is the best. They would have so much fun and tent camp in all the amazing places. It would probably be the Badlands.

ah, now, I have a ‘camping’ scene or several in the ‘novel’ which is doing its best to stay on the hard disk… will keep those to myself for now! &*> YAM xx

I would definitely be interested to see how a character who DOESN’T like camping would react. Might be a fun “date” that goes wrong!
