Welcome to day nine of the A-Z Challenge – I is for In a Dark, Dark Wood.
My theme for this year is “The A-Z of My Favourite Books and Authors”. Each day (except Sunday) will feature a book or author whose title or first or last name starts with the corresponding letter of the alphabet.
In a Dark, Dark Wood by Ruth Ware brings together two best friends who haven’t seen each other in a long time for a hen night. The hen night is to take place in a deserted cabin in the woods, and instantly, you know something is going to go wrong. With well thought out characters, the subtle sinister undertones send shivers down your spine while trying to work out what’s going to happen. The finale is worth the wait.
Have you read In a Dark, Dark Wood? Did you enjoy it? Let me know in the comments 🙂
