I have taken part in April’s A-Z Challenge several times now. I didn’t join in last year as I had too much going on and the year before that, I failed miserably with visiting other blogs and commenting. I love the challenge when I have the time to do it properly and this year I am determined to get my posts done early so I have plenty of time for blog hopping.
What is the A-Z Challenge?
The challenge takes place in April and every day (except Sundays) bloggers publish a post to correspond with a letter of the alphabet. Some bloggers just do whatever takes their fancy for that letter and others have a theme. I have done both ways and I prefer having a theme because I find it makes it easier to choose what to write about each day.
If you are a blogger and you want to take part in the challenge, visit the official A-Z Challenge blog for more details and to sign up.
My Theme for 2024
This year, my theme is Sarah J Maas Characters: An A-Z of Characters from Acotar and Tog (I haven’t included Crescent City because I am only part way through book one).
Every day I will focus on one Acotar (A Court of Thorns and Roses series) character and one Tog (Throne of Glass series) character. I might say what I like/dislike about them, why they are important to the story, share a picture of what I think they look like etc. There might be spoilers although I will try not to include any major ones.
I hope you enjoy my posts and I hope to see you on the hop!

I’m intrigued.
I’ve heard a lot about this series, but I never thought about reading it because I’ve become impatient with how YA stories are written today. Maybe you’ll manage to change my mind 😉

I hope so!

Stopping in to take a look at your theme and wish you a happy March and a wonderful April. Can’t wait to read more during April! ♥

As someone writing the second draft of a novel in which, having tied down the events, I am now considering deepening the characters – I look forward to this…

Good luck with your novel!

Thanks for dropping by and making a comment on my blog. Sounds interesting.

Gosh, that looks very complicated and very interesting. Mummy hasn’t read any of those yet. I was named for a character in her books though.
Good luck

Stopping by to wish you luck with the challenge — a good part of which, as you mention, is visiting and commenting on one anothers’ posts. Hope to keep up better than I did last year 🙂

Hi Debbie, well, I’m intrigued too – I went to my local library (on-line) to see if they have an audiobook copy available – they do, but the wait is 15 weeks.
This will give you the month of April to set me up for a great read. I look forward to dropping by and learning about the characters of these books.
Sending smiles, Jenny

What a cool challenge subject!
I’ll be doing my A to Z of me and my inspirations – hopefully I’ll be giving people some ideas about what I’m doing and why I’m writing what I do. And shedding a bit more light on something that happened to me in October.
