For this year’s A-Z Challenge, I have decided to do “An A-Z of Sarah J Maas characters”. The characters will be from the ACOTAR (A Court of Thorns and Roses) and ToG (Throne of Glass) series’ because when I first started researching this idea, I hadn’t read all of the CC (Crescent City) series.
Each day I will focus on one character from ACOTAR, TOG, or both, and I will share things such as an image of how I imagine them to look, what I like or dislike about the character, and how they affect the story.
I will try my best not to have any spoilers and if there are any, they will only be small ones – if I judge this differently to you then I apologise in advance.
Without further ado, let’s get to today’s post – Day Fifteen, O.
ToG – O is for Oooh Nesryn
Nesryn is one of the main players in the rebel camp and for a while, it seems like her and Chaol might get together. I like both characters, but I didn’t really like them together and I thought that Nesryn really came into her own when she started trying to convince Prince Sartaq to help Aelin’s cause. She showed herself to be brave and someone who could hold her own. I loved the scenes when she first started becoming a Ruk rider too.
Do you like today’s choice(s)? Who would you have chosen for this letter? Let me know in the comments.

There seems to be a lot of strong female characters in this series.

Yes, the author is really good at believable, strong female characters

I have not read any of Sarah J. Maas’ books, but I heard seen a lot about her characters on Instagram and enjoy watching and reading about people’s thoughts/reactions when it comes to those characters.
