For this year’s A-Z Challenge, I have decided to do “An A-Z of Sarah J Maas characters”. The characters will be from the ACOTAR (A Court of Thorns and Roses) and ToG (Throne of Glass) series’ because when I first started researching this idea, I hadn’t read all of the CC (Crescent City) series.
Each day I will focus on one character from ACOTAR, TOG, or both, and I will share things such as an image of how I imagine them to look, what I like or dislike about the character, and how they affect the story.
I will try my best not to have any spoilers and if there are any, they will only be small ones – if I judge this differently to you then I apologise in advance.
Without further ado, let’s get to today’s post – Day Nine, I.
ACOTAR – I is for Ianthe
Ianthe is a High Priestess who lives in the Spring Court and is asked by Tamlin to befriend Feyre and help her. Ianthe plays the part of Feyre’s friend well (spoiler alert) but she is really using her for information which she relays to the King of Hybern. She isn’t a nice person and she schemes against Feyre and shows her true colours when she kills the Suriel. Feyre ends her for that and honestly, I was so glad to see that bitch get what was coming to her.
Do you like today’s choice(s)? Who would you have chosen for this letter? Let me know in the comments.

I guess it is good to have a character to hate.

Always fun to see a villain get what they deserve 🙂
